Although this has past way one week ago,but still I want to blog about this cos it's still so fresh in my memory and that happy,exciting,fun feeling is still very much jolted in my heart right now..
I met up with my dear Auntie last Friday. We haven see each other for a long, long time, says a few months ago compared to a few times a week in the past.. She has been very busy, and the same goes for me. As all girls knows, Mother's day is this coming Sunday (14th may), I decided to get Mum a lipstick cos Mum did mention to help her get one previously but me hasn't been getting down to it and I knew this shall be the best present for Mama and a surprise as well cos in her opinion, I must have not been listening to what she says... Heee..
I called Auntie up for a meet up to go shopping with me for Mum's lipstick cos Auntie knows Mum best.. Although, I roughly know what kind of color Mum wants, but I needed Auntie around to affirm my decison so its the sure color Mum likes.. Hahaha...!!! The very first thing to kickstart my day... We were both wearing the same shoes!~~~~~ Its like SURPRISE!!! It was not intentionally planned to wear the same thing together.. But what can be more fun than that? Auntie is just like my best friend, never mind that she's older than me! I did not realise it at all, it was until we were holding hands, then Auntie went covering her mouth and made a funny sound. I asked her why and she pointed her finger to the floor, I saw OUR SHOES! HAHA!!! We started laughing like young girls!
WE headed to Shaw in town where all major label cosmetic counters gather there and went trying the colors on our hands.. Bobbi Brown, MAC, Clinique and so much, in the end we settled down for Chanel which was what we initially decided upon, but just wanted to try more colors from other labels for more choices.. HAHA!!! The minute, the sales lady had the lipstick glided on my hand, both of us nodded our heads in agreement!! Color was pretty, not too bright and of the right smooth texture without looking cakey and its from a new series! WOOTT!!! The packaging was also thumbs up to earn ladies' money, but its indeed good!
We went for korean food after the purchase, oohhh.... yummy... Hot and sour we both like.. Esp kimchi! Chatting and chatting non-stop with food in our mouths, gushing now and then and all eager to know the happenings in our life... We always catch up fast in a short time but all detailed!~ Heh!!And being girls whom we are, who loves doing things together, we went eyebrow shaping at Hollywood Secrets after lunch...Wee...Woooo...WEEE!!! We parted around 0230pm as she has things to see to and that was after she bought so much food from Taka, Brownies, Breads, Chix stix and etc!~ Like Auntie, like neice!~
