last minute beauty fix. GUESS HOW MUCH THESE EXPRESS PEDI AND MANI COST ME? SGD12 BUCKS ALTOGETHER!!! SHOCKINGLY CHEAP!! BOTH ADR AND I WERE LIKE JAW DROP! AND IT IS NOT LIKE THEY DID SHODDY WORK. IT'S GOOD FOR THAT PRICE AND ATTENTION GIVEN. GET IT AT CINDERELLA AT FAR EAST PLAZA LEVEL 5!

this day, i met up with Adr as early as 1030am so that we have ample time to shop for her a dress and our other etc etc stuff that comes along. our shopping date was long set on 15th Dec(saturday) to go dress shopping. hehehe.. and of course, i remember today is her birthday.

the early part of the day, my mind was far far away troubled what to get her and still had no clue what to get even after discussing with kaiting the previous night over D&D, considering the fact i was out the whole day still with no ideas to avail. cosmetics, cosmetic bag, winter wear were few of the options in our choices. eventually, both kaiting and i decided i can only get her today..

initially, time was really tight for us as i needed to go back to work. time so tight with so many things to do, i did not even dare to sit myself in a restaurant and eat. we simply stood and ate hastily at the taka food hall at basement. and as time goes, i realised time was not enough for us. she hasn't gotten her dress. i haven't gotten my dinner shoes, her present, i wanted to look at my jewellery watch, we both decided to do nails together plus, we were to meet kaiting for a meal which she didn't know. hiak hiak... i was like ants on a hot pot!! luckily for me, Gina took over so that i could finally heave a breathe, relax abit and have the whole day to us. *phew

so we slowly browse, she bought her dress. i bought the jewellery watch which my eyes have been keeping tab since i started my crazy shopping spree 4weeks ago. i guess today's the right time to get of all times!

after much deliberation, we decided jewellery at Be Dazzled to go with her dress. we went to Danial Yam, Chomel but eventually it was Be Dazzled. the accessories were nice on her plus it came with earrings and the price was alright. whereas me, haha... i kinda liked the pearl necklace in Chomel. i know i won't have the time to get tomorrow, so i will go next week. i decided to reuse the necklace i wore for daytime.. shHhh..

we met kaiting for dinner or lunch? at Sun Moon Dining Wheelock. it was short meet up like an hour but sufficient cos the whole thang was just to catch up abit and mini celebrate although present was not ready! but, by then i already knew what to get her. *wink so, at 6pm, kaiting was off to tend to her whatever last minute preparations for the dinner tomorrow night and us continue shopping, hoping we get everything that we need and still able to do our nails.

i persuaded and egged Adr on to go DFS and look at the MAc eyeshadow palette she was looking earlier at Ngee Ann once again. i badly wanted her to go to DFS cos i like the service there better. and i had a lady in mind. miss Angel.. i was sure she could show Adr the smokey effect she wanted and i knew she would be patient enough to guide the way to doing the smokey effect we have no clue how to. by then, Adr was tired and reluctant to walk further, but she gave in to me eventually. hehe... with the green light kaiting gave to go ahead, MAC eyeshadow palette, U shall be Adr's present this year! yay! present settled! nails next!

we went to a few nail parlours asking to do express nails but were turned down... either fully booked as claimed, some closed and just as i was ready to give this shop at Far East Plaza a miss, Adr tried her luck asking and.................................. they could do it for us! it was until we finished our nails, Adr told me actually they close at 8pm... by the time we walked out, it was already 0935pm.. this chinese lao ban niang was kind to accept doing express nails for both of us..

After nails, we were both hungry and i brought her to recharge the 2ofus at Cahaya on the same floor with noodles and hot milo. we were freezing cold while doing our nails. GrRrR...

just as we were about to leave, there was this shoe shop Anna Nucci still open.. it seems like there's something just right for me.. i walked in and tried a couple and grabbed a pair of pretty bling bling shoes for my dress really last minute!! it is nice although i thought at first it looks abit exagerrating, but Adr begged to differ so i got it cos it is also so comfortable, i can even run in it, without considering the heels is quite high! I BELIEVE I CAN FLY! that is just how comfy this pair of heels is! i have to get it cos i won't have the time nor energy to go on tomorrow..

finally, we gotten everything we need today and we are ready to party on tomorrow night! =
