For those who do not know, Pempek is an indonesian snack. I was first introduced to it by Weiwei and from then on, I love it! Weiwei used to bring some back for me whenever she comes back from Jakarta and since Momo was going back in Jan, of course I won't let slip this chance to ask her get me MORE when she comes back!!Hiak hiak...
It is almost a week now since she bought me and despite having this for dinner everyday, I am still not sick of it and am so addicted, I will ask Mum "are you frying that tonight?" when she cooks dinner. I still have alot more packets in the freezer waiting for me. = ) Momo really got me a whole lot of supply this time to satisfy my cravings once and for all. She is hoping I will get sick of it and 吃到我怕, I will never open my mouth and ask her for Pempeks the next time I go to Indo... *grins Until now, I am doing fine and I don't mind more. So.... till then!
This is the spicy shrimp formosa. It is like our spicy shrimp or pork floss mini rolls here. It's quite nice and very crispy, I would like it hotter though.. 
This is indonesian style otak otak. Theirs is very different from ours here. The otaks there are wrapped in soft banana leaf and is much shorter. They do not sell spicy otak otak like the ones we have here. It is just white meat and in there You will see some spring onions mixed in the meat and it comes with a sauce for You to eat with.
Pempek supply!!! The long ones are plain. The round ones comes with egg yolk. I am gonna chomp it all down! Yum Yum!!

Upclose... The left packet comes with egg yolks inside while the one on the right is plain.. It comes with sauces and some dried seasonings to eat with, but eating it plain on it's own is good enough!
