Okies, I shall be out soon to get some grocery to go with the foodstuff I brought over from Indo..

Mushrooms of all sorts(big ones) & chicken fillet : to go with the powder sis prepared, to batter my shrooms and chicken fillets in...
Jap mayonaise : to dip my fried mushrooms and otah otah..
and sheng mian for my mum to cook so I can put belachan (sis bought me at the ayam penyet place) into the soup goodness...

The belachan is damn spicy till you stick your tongue out!
I only have 3 small packets home with me, I am gonna use them wisely...
So little quantity they have become priceless... But I don't wanna keep them until they spoil. Will consume them while they are at their best!
