In Aug, there was a day I knew will be Gray. A day I call Gloom. and so on this Gloom day after everything ended, friends texted me, to find out how I was and everything went. Sweetness.
But, it seemed I was pretty fine on Gloom day itself. I met up with Jess D in town and we decided to dine at Ashton's. Before dinner, she took this shopping bag out and gave it to me.
She is pretty much into Earth Saving, saw this in Daiso, thought it was cute and told me in future to use this bag for my groceries shopping. Save the Earth, she said. No Plastics! Haha!! "Okay", I said.

I had a really cute trainee 3 weeks ago. Chrystyna. Cute does not necessary mean she is young. In fact she is older than me, in her 30's. She is such a jovial and frank person, it's hard getting upset with this kind of person for long. I like that character. She is also the first trainee I come across who laughs faster and LOUDER than me, it kinda makes me laugh harder? Cos coming at the back amidst my laughing, her laughter is echoing! HAHAHA!

Her training soon came to a goodbye after her assessment. When I was wishing her the best for her OJT that was coming up and reminding her areas she needed to take note of, her hand digged into her bag and pulled up this packet of candies from STICKY that says "HAPPY TEACHERS DAY!" Oh my Gosh... Totally least expected.. She said "Happy Teachers' Day, this is for you and thank you for your patience." I told her "you shouldn't have, it's my job."
Simple gesture like that, but it brought a smile, especially from a person like her.... Gave her a hug and patted her to go off. =)
