Not only will you feel better after your holiday, you are also able to handle matters much effectively with a positive and charged mind you bring back from your holiday cos this period you are relaxed and charged once again! The break can be either long or short so long you think its enough. The whole point, is to make sure you relax yourself and plan something you look forward to during your holiday.
