WOW! WOW!! WOW!!! ME..eeee is back and hopefully an active blogger again?!
I have been dormant all this while... And since my mind is pretty active today, I decided to get down to my blogging and update abit on myself here and there.. *grin*
Okie, just as I was slowly recovering from another bout of URTI which took more than one week to heal, I got hit by GE and was suffering the 1st in my lifetime of body aching two days ago. GRrrrrr.. What a horrible feeling! My hands were numb and could not hold the pen tight while I write, knees were weak after the umpteen times of dashing to and fro for the toilet, I could not bend my head down cos there was this particular muscle at my neck pulling away and this agitating headache that went "tick tock, tick tock" from right to left... *BOO HOO HOO* Something is wrong.. Why does my body feel so weak like an old lady? My entire body system seems to be in a upside down state..
Hmmmmm.... 1) Should I cut down my working hours? So that I have more play time...
This way, I will then be having a good balance of work and play.. I can go for workout classes and learn dancing... Teee...heeee.... "Dancing tonight, geng zhe ying yue zai yao bai"!!!! Working my butt off and sweating those fats out will release endorphins, which makes me happy, healthy and FITTER!!Wahahahahaah.......!
2) I need to go back to the diet I used to be having.. No fried food, no meat, no sweet drinks but more fruits and more fruits that has lots of goodies in them like vitamins ABCs... Hehehehe.... My body should be able to absorb these goodies better than those provided in the form of tablets... I will be stronger!! Um...
3) No matter what is going to be done, I know that my mind just has to keep on going.. The more I do, the more alert I will be... I just need to grill myself to be strong mentally...
