A showcase of my best dish! Omelette!

I decided to make brekkie today! Bro cooked me noodles while I made him Omelette, although we are on par! However, I think he is better than me in cooking! The cheese in his omelette OoOzes out when you cut the egg and his noodles is always springy!!! QQ which I liKkkeE, while mine always turns soggy! I will not cook my own noodles if he is home, I always have him to make me! His noodles goes s~p~r.i.n.g.. when you lift those mean curlies up from your plate!

Wah.... Blogging about it, makes me feel like having a plate now... Fortunate Gc, always, she just has to ask and she shall HAVE IT if she requests her bro. I will be having what I want after I am done with this. Late sinful, supper, but it is a luxury without a doubt!

my mini work station with prepared ingredients mainly beaten EGGS, chilli tuna flaks(bro's fav), slice button mushrooms, cheese, honey shaved hams, japanese tako, light soya sauce and pepper dash....... In general, you can choose to have any ingredients that you like wrapped in your omelette. In this case here, these that you see, is both our favourites!! (",)

These 2 featured, is prepared for my playmate at work. Ham&cheese oMe and seafood oMe.. Shancai says it's nice! Wahaha!!! She prefers the seafood oMe.. WARNING: do not judge what you see here..

By now that I am typing this, Bro&I have already finished 3pkts of mee goreng he cooked.. That's fast! I thought my craving could hold on till at least I finish my stuff here. But alas! I stopped what I was doing and had those curlies 1st before getting back. Glutton, I know!! Goodnight!
