my first body lotion for this NEW YEAR!----> sweet HEART smell..I must start alternate use the body lotions I have at home, not forgetting my lip glosses too! just say I am one lazybones!
expensive snacks.. toasted tako, wasabi beans, naitos and lastly green tea nuts. notice that you can count the number of beans packed?

What's up for yesterday on my lovely Fris_offs? Here's the report.

Oooh... I love Fridays! They are my off days! The only day, I am Boss! Continue to sleep in late or rise up early. Sit right in front of the teebie with water flask, marshmellows and cold hams, starting my munching and watching away marathon, getting up only for a pee rather than a much disliked interuption for a shower cos it is nearing time for work. Or, surfing online, checking mails and stuff in cyber space, kpo people in friendster, watching videos and finishing all the routines I always have for 2 couple of hours until my eyes can hardly lift and go to bed cos my brains says "TIRED" and waking up for late lunch or early dinner! Fridays, I decide how my day is spent!

Yesterday, I was good cos I was an early bird! My brother and I were already in Cineplex by 1030am after we went to pray in Ju Si Lin at River Valley. I love shopping in the almost deserted town. Likes deserted b'cos there will be no pushing, squeezing, queueing or people traffic during shopping. Yes, I am impatient in this sense!

After deciding "Just Follow Law" to catch for the day, venue undecided as I was sure I did not want to stay in Orchard for the whole day, we moved off to Ngee Ann and walked around shops, stopping by Kino for a read, with no interesting magazines for me to buy which was intended for company on the 1st day of CNY! No clothes to buy either cos we both could sense they were old clothes unsold from last season probably brought out now for grabs! After all, New Year, alot still have the belief and habit to buy new clothes, You know?

We went over to Tangs, Shaw basement Jappie supermarket wanting to groce feast my eyes and indeed I found novelty japanese tibits! They were expensive! I was drawn by the positive way this Japanese man was doing his business. Full of energy, like a powerful magnet sucking customers to him! He had his assorted snacks scattered on baskets, for you to try! Regardless of how many times or how much you are eating! The snacks were uncut unlike the way sample food is done here. I could fully savour the snacks! They were YUMMY albeit a little expensive! 100gms/packet retailing at 6SGD. You can pick and choose different snacks packed at 100gms each, costing at 15SGD instead of 18SGD if you buy 3packets! A meagre three dollars difference! But! They were good! Rather than paying close to 20bucks for 3packets, which for sure all of you would have felt cheated if You had seen how little they were cos you could really count how much those little nuts and naitoS were in there! Shall take a pic for all to see! We also bought toasted tako also costing at 6SGD/packet! Had wanted to eat it as I shopped around but I have then decided to soak it in my mee soup or etc rather than eating on its own! Really costly to have it like a snack that would be soon gone in less than 5mins! You can simply pour all in your mouth and finish it like that! Is that little enough? Haha..!

We took a train to Bugis as we wanted to go to Bugis Village area to scout for some rare finds if we search hard enough! We stopped by Kino again for reads, some Taiwan beauty DIY books by the artistes there. Being an avid reader, I always been, this is not boring to me, dropping by bookstores reading AGAIN!? for some people who may question and without fail a fair amount of time spent on books is unavoidable every time I go shopping! It's a habit! We bought tickets earlier and had late lunch! Wow! I tell you, I ate alot! Like a giant! NON-STOP!!Not very good discipline by the way I ate yesterday who has been and still on a strict diet of low carbos, high proteins! I have been binge eating CARBOS these recent days, CARBOS--> the sinner who made me a pang4 zi3. HUMPF!! list of foods I had the whole day : vegetarian bee hoon, siew mais, lemonade drink, tako pachi, cheese sausages, unagi handroll, nachos cheese, cream puffs, eclairs, claypot rice, cheesecake!

We stopped our pace in Topshop. The shop was crowded. Bro looked at his while I scout for my own. Bro was irritated by how packed the shop was and did not want to look further while my eyes stopped at a top! He waited while I gave the top a try. We both gave a approving look of the fitting and I bought two tops in a different color each! Rain poured down unexpectedly and we had to stay in the shopping mall! We walked around the basement and bought elcairs and cream puffs to smuggle in the cinema. Hehe... My legs brought me to the cosmetics counters and I paused at Clinique! I tried two body lotion both hands each "HAPPY n HEART! I liked the smell but as time was drawing near to the show and after smelling several times left to right and right to left on my hands, my nose was confused and could not distinctly make up the fragrance. I left the counter and rushed for my show so that we had abit time left for toilet break and purchasing nachos cheese!

The show was funny! Bro and I had quite a good Laugh Outs during the show! Hahaha....! You laugh now and get teary next! I would recommend your to watch cos it's interpreted in our very own lingo, it's funny cos it's so US! While watching, something had been on my mind as well.... To buy or not to buy...to buy or not to buy the body lotion...One of the many resolutions I made for this year is, NOT TO PURCHASE ANYMORE BODY CARE PRODUCTS ESP BODY LOTIONS AND MOISTURISERS UNTIL I FINISH EVERY WEE BIT OF THE ONES I HAVE AT HOME. Body lotions often ended up in the bins for my case. I get all religious about using it the week I buy, get lazy and neglect it to collect dust, occassionally use it when I realised how little I have used and how long ago was it since I used them and I go about looking at body lotions when I do shopping, spot another nice fragrance, buy them home and the cycle repeats!! End result, I have lots of body lotions of different kinds placed by my bedside, on the study table, in my wardrobe, amongst my body shampoos in the bathroom and sometimes in my bag to carry around so I can use anytime. Sigh... This is where my moolah goes... I could have saved a decent sum if I could curb this bad habit of buying buying body lotions. I love tasty smells but am not disciplined in using them religiously resulting in wastage! Some of my body lotions are in fact finished up by my brother! My brother is more disciplined than me in this sense! He loves to smell sweet after shower!

I could make up the fragrance by then in the cold air stilled room.. I made the choice in the fragrance I wanted to get. HEART. I let my brother smell the testers on my hands and ask him what would his choice be. He said "the first one, the one on your right hand". Yes, we both think Heart suits us better. I asked my brother " would you use it often if I get? U wanna share with me?" He nodded his head and said " You can buy if you like, after all, it is a nice smell." "So, would you use it with me if I buy?" "Yes, go buy if you want, don't hesistate." The next minute I know, my brother was holding the body lotion in the seiyu bag... Oops! But, brother says he will use. I think I better place it in the bathroom so we both can apply straight after bath? Um...

We took bus 2 to Clarke Quay to get cheesecake from Coffee Bean before heading to Hougang mall for more shaved hams! We were home by 12midnight? I need to be early for work before 9am and soon I fell into a deep ZzZzzzz after unpacking all the stuff we bought! What a day!!!! I spent so much on food! Those that I really need to get, were to no avail...
