Shopping, shopping!

December always sets in the shopping mood for me without fail! Maybe due to the Christmasy feel plus New Year mood. These pics below are some of the purchases I made in December. It seemed like I was on a quest for buying Man's stuff! The last 5pics were victory items all conquered in the same day just two days ago, on Friday!

Briefs from Aussie Bum and Bum Equipment! Wow! The first 2 pieces' costly! I like the pink checked one! Nice colors combi! I don't wanna mention the price, it's crazy! From newurbanmale at Heeren!

Sandals each a pair. Mine(green) was FOC from the purchase of the blue sandals & two briefs. All from newurbanmale.

Punk Star pokka dot tee.

A decent plain belt from 77th Street Heeren.

Something colorful, messy like comic strip belt from TopMan @ Raffles City!

A different pair of sneakers, out of the norm brands like Nike, Adidas we always buy. Onitsuka Tiger from Leftfoot.

I was out to choose birthday pressies for two ladies on Friday. But, this was the first item which I picked up when I was supposed to be looking for presents. I love this wallet from Fossil. This leather piece is seasoned nice and the smell of leather...... It is small&compact. As I grow older, I realise monograms no longer holds any interest in me. I used to chase after them relentlessly when i was younger. My eyes now lits up to great designs and functionality, good designs doesn't always have to come with the backing of long history or does it have to be luxury. This is the first non luxury wallet I get my Bro for the first time, placing aside those Billabong velcro wallet days which he used when he was in Pri school. It has always been LV since I was first hooked at 16 and nothing else. But, like I said, monogram's interest in me has jaded.

The front of the wallet! It comes with a note clipper. Good for bro to clip small notes, easily reached when he buys snacks while big notes are hidden in secret compartment inside! Bro has been using LV for years, I thought he might think this is not good enough! But, when he saw this, he loves it just like me! and he hinted the smell of the leather at first whiff! The details are fine and the logo discreet. I think I will drop by Fossil another time to check out other nice designs. Bro changed the wallet he has been using for years and kept it tucked away safely.

My bro keeps yakking at my ears each time we go out and especially when I carry the green sling around! It's annoying! He even refused to carry for me for a sec! But, this is not the replacement for the green sling! Rather, I hated my work bag plus it was a little worn out and it's a no privacy bag. I been dying to get rid of it, but being the slow coach that I am, I actually put this on hold for so long when I actually tell myself weekly to get rid of it! When I was exploring the new Esprit store near Wheelock, my eyes caught this cutie immediately! I knew I must get it! I love the shape of this bag, though it seems smaller than my previous work bag, but the storage space is actually big & deep, I like that it's carried on one shoulder too! When you unzip this bag to retrieve the contents inside, it seems like you are opening the lid of a basket! I begin to appreciate non luxury items more&more! The old work bag was discarded straightaway after I sorted out my purchase on Friday night!

Woo! This is one of the birthday pressie I chose for Duckie on her 21st! The strap is rubbery and comfy on the wrist and the print makes this sporty big watch a tad feminine for this young girl who has blossomed into a lady! Still the style for her but just a lil more refreshing change made by me! She said she likes this pressie! Nothing makes me more happy than to know I got the stuff that my friends like!

Next, a Big Big Bag for auntie Janice who likes to lug a shell on her small frame! Shops I went to, I thought the designs were inappropriate for her age! Shiya saw a bag which she thought was nice from Esprit and told me about it! But, I couldn't find the one she was talking about and I went ahead to make my own decision! After I bought my bag, I went to another Esprit at Wisma and I saw this. I had a hard time making my choice between this and the other and in the end, I brought this home! The storage space is definately big enough for her, and there's a divider inside for her to put her clothes yet seperate other items! It won't look like it's too big nor small when she carries it, I visualised during the process of making decison. And, I am happy that she used it so soon!
