As usual, my mum's regular 团圆饭 dishes of
steamboat feast*
shark fin's goodness*
abalone salad (to die for) appetising like a starter*
curried fried prawns*
home made ngoh hiang*
roast duck
curry fish head
甜汤*
fills me up and fatten my soul.

I need to learn how to make these, esp those standard dishes that's a must in Our Home. so that in a few years down, i am able to take over from her and make those..
no easy task though..
I guess, for a start I should stand beside her and be that little assistant to get bossed around by her and start from the very bottom. HEH!
