At 5pm plus, I went to town and reached at 6pm.
Shirley wanted to check out water bottle at Tangs while I needed to fix my food and Gong Cha cravings!
Before we were chatting on MSN, I was craving inari sushi of salmon, tuna&crab mayo fillings from Sushi Deli at Compass Point, 20 pieces nuggets and MOS rice burger... Gosh! Seems like I am eating quite abit of rice lately... I was also slightly extreme wanting to drink Gong Cha again when I just had yesterday and had the intention to tabao back home so I can drink tomorrow! But the fresh cream can't keep I suppose and wouldn't taste as nice..

Can you imagine by the way...
In the 3 hours I was in town, I bought nothing and spent all on food...
Here's my food list.
2 chicken balls from Tori-Q @ $2.60
1 chicken cheese ball from Old Chang kee @ $1.60
1 cup of sugar cane juice @ $1.60.
2 pieces of sushi at Isetan @ $1.
2 pieces of not nice hard as rock bread at the french fair @ $2.
Shared half tuna macaroni salad with Shirl @ $1.20
2 Salmon sushi @ $1.20
1 Scallop sushi @ $2
1 Inari spicy salmon sushi @ $1.30
5 tidbits from DAISO @ $10
Total spendings on food from 6pm-9pm $24.50!
Goodness I have to control my appetite!

I was pretty full with the snacks bites along the way.
If not for the queue and slow service at Gong Cha Plaza Sing, I would have gotten a cup to end the night.
Don't know what the hell the service crew doing at the counter, it didn't seem to move and neither were any staff moving to make drinks!!!
I decided not to get. Skali queue and wait so long, the drink turns out to be junk!
I rather go to the branch at Raffles City where service is fast.

Whenever we passed by ITACHO SUSHI at ION, Shirl will always rave about the sushi. I have never tried that cos it's always queues.. And only until recently that I am eating more rice, I decided to try tonight. Why not? It was a sweet surprise just now when we were in Plaza Sing heading to DAISO, Shirl saw it's new branch and we went near to check the sushi choices out. There was no queue and we thought since we already had something before and actually am not that hungry, why not pop in, order a few pieces then chop chop eat and go!

It is even more enticing with the price. Salmon sushi at 60 cents per piece. Then there was this Salmon in soya sauce sushi at 40 cents per piece but sold out. These days, where to find food in cents rate at a restaurant setting? The Salmon itself was of bigger portion than the rice and tastes creamy fresh it melts in your mouth! Oommmph.... I prefer the normal inari outside cos the one at ITACHO does not have the sweet sauce oozing out when you bite into it, the inari was rather dry. The Scallop sushi, I thought it was normal.

We ordered 2 pieces Scallop sushi @ $4.
4 Salmon sushi @ $2.40.
2 Inari sushi with Spicy Salmon @ $2.60
Total bill @ $9
After taxes : $10.55
Wahahaha! I could laugh all the way to the bank!

I finally got my juice squeezer from DAISO! Talah!! It comes in a nice shape and combi color of orange and white which I thought was cool! I had wanted to get juice squeezer since a month ago but it kept slipping off my mind! Yipee! It looks like a egg yolk sunny side up on a small pan. Hehe..

These days, I eat more rice than usual which is odd.
It is not me to have 2 servings of rice per day and I am not able to stomach down alot sushi usually like what I just had tonight!
天啊!
Yesterday at lunch in Bugis, I had a satisfying bowl of fish slice soup and white rice with some popiahs.
Then it was the Gong Cha with extra whipped cream, followed by fries from MACS cos I caught a whiff of it from a lady while walking in Bugis and my brain said "Get it!"
At dinner, the little food place we went to at Lucky Plaza, few stalls were already closed and I ate something I usually not eat. Pork balls salted veges soup. I shared the pork balls with Shirl cos I am not a pork lover while she shared her chicken from the nasi lemak she bought. I finished the bowl of yam rice too. Shirl's nasi lemak was the last plate from the stall. WOW! Business so good eh? There were still ingredients but no rice left.
Then we stopped for some desserts. I had red ruby and she had tau suan.

On Friday at work, I had the biggest pack of vegetarian bee hoon I ever ate and lasted till about 5pm plus before I had roasted chicken rice and oysters sauce xiao bai cai for lunch. Next, I proceeded to finish all the 4 siew mais which was initially meant for home. THEN! At 9pm plus, while I was on the line, I whipped myself a serving of dry pasta dish and finished it while chatting. 天啊!!

I have to stop eating like this cos I found myself panting heavily when climbing the escalator at Tangs!
If I were to get my health report card, I think I will fare badly.
Then brain said "I think heart will appreciate it alot if you start working out."
